Project: Landscaping

At Welgegund Estate, we completed a comprehensive hardscape and landscape design that seamlessly blended aesthetics with functionality. The project began with expert ground preparation, including precise leveling and enriching the soil with compost and a balanced fertilizer mix to promote optimal plant health. Carefully selected trees were planted to enhance the natural beauty and ecological balance of the space. A lush, high-quality LM Berea lawn was professionally installed, providing a durable and visually appealing green space. To create depth and a more organic feel, we designed and sculpted berms that integrated naturally into the landscape, improving both drainage and visual appeal. The result was a thoughtfully crafted outdoor environment that enhanced the estate’s natural charm and long-term sustainability.
